Today marks B's 1/2 birthday. Crazy to believe that he has been a part of our family for six months already! Time seems to go faster with each kiddo. I took a few photos of our little man today to remember how roly poly, smiley and all around happy he is at this age.
We haven't had his well-check yet so I don't have any official stats, but because he has been to the doctor recently (he had RSV a couple of weeks ago), I know he is right around 19 pounds.
And though he is not the best sleeper of our trio, he is quick to smile and a total joy to our family.
This past week he started eating some solid foods - just rice cereal and avocado so far - but he is a big fan of both.
He easily wins the hearts of nearly everyone he meets and his big brother and sister are totally smitten with him.
He often rolls from tummy to back but is seen less often going the opposite direction.
He is doing quite well at sitting up and is a super big fan of squealing, grunting and blowing raspberries.
And though time has flown by since his arrival, we can't quite remember what life was like without this sweet boy in our family. He is a gift that was more than we even knew to ask for! We love you, little B!
