Annual Check-In's

The kids had their annual well-checks this past week - Six years for T and 3 years for Z.  And because this is as much a "baby book" for them as it is a family blog, I wanted to be sure to post their stats for this year (I also mixed in some photos from today - just for fun - and so you could see the ensemble that Z put together AFTER we came home from church today).  On a side note, a highlight for me for this year's visit (and them, too, I'm sure)...NO SHOTS NEEDED!  They both got the flu mist in their noses but that was a breeze, making this visit completely tear free!  Awesome!  OK, on with the updates.

We'll start with T.
This year's weigh-in: 50 pounds (73rd percentile) - he typically weighs around 53 pounds on our home scale but I guess he was a little light this day :)
This year's height: 49 3/4 inches (99th percentile) - he grew a little over 2 inches since his 5-year check up.
And now for Z.
This year's weigh-in: 39 pounds (96th percentile).
This year's height: 41 inches (99th percentile) - she grew nearly 3 inches since her 2-year check up.

And so the trend continues - our kids are long.  More importantly, however, both were given a clean bill of health.  So thankful for this blessing!

WONDERFUL NEWS - such a blessing to have healthy kids. I am quite certain we could find a picture with Michael wearing ALMOST the identical shirt as T. I did a "double-take" when I saw him - so much like Michael :)!!! Love your pics of the bike ride and your "darling Beps" She looks like a teenager!!
