Celebrating Sylvie

The last weekend of August we headed up to FF to celebrate the first birthday of our sweet niece, Sylvia. She had a cooking themed party and boy was it a treat!

For starters, all of the little chefs who were in attendance were given professional cooking attire to wear during the party. Monogrammed aprons and chef hats did abound!Next, we all got to make our own personal pizzas. T decided to be creative and turned his pizza into a smiley face. After eating our homemade pizzas, the kiddos then got to make their own cupcake ice cream cones. First they filled the cones. And then, after they were done baking, they were able to decorate them with tasty toppings of their choice. This was followed, of course, with the tasting of their sweet creations!
And finally, we all got to sing Happy Birthday to sweet Sylvie and watch her dig into her own little cupcake like a real pro. Happy 1st Birthday, Sylvia! We sure do love you!
