
A while back, I (Michael) attempted to cut back on the amount of pop, primarily Mountain Dew, that I was consuming. Well, there was success for a while but I eventually fell off the wagon and resumed my intake of 20 plus cans of pop a week.
3 1/2 weeks ago I decided to cut down to 1 can per day. So far things are going well. In that time period I have cut 43 cans of pop out of my diet. Those cans of pop contained the equivalence of 5 pounds of sugar! Yikes!
