Frizzle Frazzle

On Friday night, to celebrate the official start of Christmas vacation, Daddy, Mommy and I headed into the city on the train to take in the Holidazzle parade. My Daddy calls it the Frizzle Frazzle. The weather was great and the atmosphere was cheery. There were tons of people so Daddy hoisted me onto his shoulders for the perfect viewing spot. I eagerly peered down the street to catch the first glimpse of the parade. At last it came. The parade was filled with floats and characters who were covered in lights. All I could say was, "Wow! Look at all the lights! Look at all the lights!" I watched the entire parade from my perfect perch. There was even a marching band whose uniforms were covered in lights and of course, they had a bunch of drums in their band. What a way to kick off our vacation!
