T had a super fun time playing baseball this spring and into the first part of the summer. M was able to coach his team and it was pretty great to watch how the boys progressed throughout the season.
On his second to last game, T was pretty bummed because he got out on all 3 of his at-bats (two pop flys caught by the same kid and one grounder to first base).
We encouraged him to just keep practicing and he took it to heart, putting in some good batting practice in the days leading up to his last game.
In the end, it paid off, and in his final game of the season, T hit a "homerun" - what an awesome way to end the year.
