A Rockin' Birthday Bash

As has become a fun tradition, we reserve a day over Labor Day weekend to celebrate both T and Z's birthdays with family and friends.  It's always a big discussion throughout much of the calendar year about what they want their birthday theme to be (they love a good party).  This year, after much deliberation, they settled on a Rockin' Birthday Bash and let me tell you, it was a total hit with them!  The kiddos decorated their own guitars,

dressed up in rocker gear,

and got crazy colored rocker hair,

(Even a few of the grown-ups got in on this action).

The little rockers also scored some tattoos (temporary, of course) from master tattoo artists.

Then they were ready to rock and roll!!!

All that rockin' can really make a dude thirsty.

Of course there was also lots of time to just hang out,

And what would a party be without some totally rockin' gifts!?!

From the oldest rockers,

to the youngest ones,

 

A totally rockin' time was had by all!
