On Saturday night we celebrated N's third birthday.
Cousin E was very kind to make the boys party hats for the grand event.
And then, some of N's gifts turned into some rather unconventional party hats.
The boys also enjoyed whooping it up in the water park at the hotel where the gang slept (we sadly cannot accommodate everyone at our house).
Then on Sunday, after a hearty breakfast sponsored by our Youth Group at church and a most enjoyable Easter worship service, we all headed back to our house for another unconventional element to the weekend - a pizza dinner for Easter :) Our morning is a bit busy with the big breakfast preparations so this year we willingly took Grandma up on the suggestion to just order pizza for lunch! It was great. Dinner was followed by Easter baskets, some cute little bunnies and lots of time playing outside.

Great pictures! Thank YOU for a great weekend! We had a blast! E has been upset about leaving ever since we pulled out of the driveway of your house. He keeps saying, "Why do cousins have to live so far away?"
