T is for Tuesday. Tuesday is for T.

Here are this week's "T"id bits:

A couple of months ago we acquired a new-to-us vehicle from my Dad which allowed us to sell one of our cars and thus be car-payment free. It's a wonderful thing! Anyway, the vehicle we received has a simple little gadget that our van does not and T has become quite a fan of it- he likes to call it the tiny TV with the little letters on it - you may know it as a digital compass located on the rear view mirror. So now, whenever we ride in the Rainier, T is very good about telling me the direction we are headed..... "Mommy. There's an S on the TV. That means we're going south, right?" or "Oh, I see an E on the TV (or sometimes he refers to it as a backwards 3). Now we're going east." Hopefully this little activity will instill in him a great sense of direction - something I myself do not come by easily!

While looking at an instrument book that T checked out from the library, he said to me, "Hey, Mama, did you know that Daddy used to play two trumpets out of his nose?" Well, no, I guess I did not know that.

While playing a game with Daddy in which T rides on Michael's back like a horse and then leans way down to try and pick up his toys that are strewn about the floor, T said that he was using his "grabnabber" (his baseball bat) to pick up stuff.

Hey, T! The instrument your Daddy played sounds just like the one Beppe and I saw a man playing on the Amazing Race show the other night. We were wondering what songs Daddy plays on his nose trumpets :0)
