The Best Flag Ever

T received a final birthday gift in the mail on Friday. It has been much anticipated and long awaited. It's his very own TITUS flag - custom made on his behalf at the request of his Auntie Erin in Florida, as well as his Pake and Beppe. I believe it was made by a company who makes flags for boats and such.....if only they knew how excited a 3-year-old little boy in MN was over their latest creation! It seems that the last time Auntie E was here to visit in July, she asked T what he would like for his birthday and he told her a flag with his name on it. When asked if there should be anything else on this flag, T stated that there should also be stars. I would say he got exactly what he was wishing for. The flag was quickly attached to a pole and then was promptly marched and paraded around the house Friday afternoon. In addition, the flag accompanied T to his nap that afternoon, to the Eastview football game that evening, to bed that same night (and each nap and bed time since); he even requested that it come to church with us this morning. Thanks for the awesome flag, Auntie E, Pake and Beppe! In T's own words, "It's the best flag EVER!!!"
