
Of recent, one of T's most favorite activities to participate in is "doing exercises" with Daddy out in the garage. Michael has embarked on a pretty hard core new workout program and T wants to be right there beside him as often and to the extent that an almost 3-year-old can participate. The program requires workouts 6 out of 7 days and includes a variety of activities - from weight lifting and other strength training activities to
Plyometrics, Kick boxing and Yoga. I captured a little bit of yesterday's cool down stretches - pretty cute!

Way too cute, T - oh, you and your Daddy are having so much fun. Hope all is well with Mom - can't wait for a good visit. We are at Mt. McKinley today - Denali would not show herself - too cloudy - but it's still beautiful. Love you guys - G & G
Are you doing P90X??? Sounds like a similar regimen to what we've seen. If it is, we're curious about how it's going. :)
Yes! P90X is the real deal. It is one of the best and most difficult workouts I have ever done.
