Hey people! T here. As previously mentioned, this past weekend we headed to a hotel a little south of here to have a Levang Family Reunion. It was a blast! We were joined by all of the Iowa Levang's , as well as the northern MN Levang's. The guest of honor was our special GiGi. Our hotel had an awesome waterpark that provided all of us kids (and the adults, too) with hours of fun. It had an African Safari theme so I got to tromp around with an enormous elephant who sprayed water out of his trunk,

venture down a slide that was sandwiched in the middle of a hippo,

and even dance with a giant giraffe.

Cousins E and N got in on the action, too!

But one of the best parts of the water park, in my opinion, was the giant tube slide! Daddy and I went down it over and over and over again. Just ask him!

We didn't spend all of our time in the water, though. I also enjoyed a little skee ball action in the arcade.

In addition, on Saturday, the boys went to Cabella's while the girls went to the Outlet Mall. And of course, we enjoyed lots of time just hanging out with everybody.

On Saturday night, we had a big birthday bash in GiGi's suite to celebrate all of the April birthdays (there are quite a few in our family). Here's a picture of all of the big cousins with GiGi (don't you love the matching shirts).

At the celebration, all of us kids made a book for GiGi as a thank you for the weekend.

We presented it to her the next morning.

And to conclude the weekend, before we had one last meal together, I got to share in some super fun excitement when E and N told Grandma L that she and grandpa are going to have another grandchild! Hooray!! A new cousin for me! For the official announcement, click

Thanks for an awesome weekend, GiGi! I had a total blast!

Hi Michael and Stacy and Titus - I haven't commented before but I read your blog regularly. I love it. I greatly enjoy the family pictures - it's fun for me to see everyone all grown up with kids. I rarely see the Levang family and we had such great times together when we were kids. Congrats to you two on your impending arrival. Please wish your mom and dad well for me.
ALso, I just have to say I love my Great Auntie Ruth. She looks so much like my grandma that it brought a tear to my eye when I saw the pics of her. Please give her my love.
Take care.
