We're having a little Christmas gathering at our house tonight, so this morning, T helped me make some sweet treats to share with our guests. On today's menu, pretzels, dipped in almond bark and chocolate, topped with sugary red sprinkles. I manned the dipping station and then T got right to work on the sprinkles.
He had his own little section of tin foil that he was responsible for (because he sometimes had a hard time keeping his little fingers from prematurely tasting our treats). Here he is with the fruits of his labor.
He was quite proud of himself and kept saying, "Mama! I did it! I did it!" He was rewarded with a private taste test before the big event tonight.
And the little chef's review of his sweet morsels, "Mmmm. Mmmmm. Dood (good)."
