As you may recall, a few weeks ago I ventured out with some girlfriends and participated in the art of lefse making. Well, we had so much fun that we decided we should master another Scandinavian treat. This time around, rather than taking a class, we had the pleasure of receiving instruction from one of our own in the comfort of home. The lovely Lisa shared her Rosette making talents with us and we fried up some tasty treats.
Jeannette then manned the sifter and decorated our masterpieces.
And here's a peek at the finished product.
T spent most of the evening hanging out upstairs with Daddy but the two did make their way into the kitchen after bath time for a taste test.
