Trompin' Through The Woods

We woke up to sunshine and blue skies this morning which was a nice switch from our recent days of snowstorms. As such, we decided it was high time to put our trusty snowshoes to use. We haven't had enough snow around here the past few winters to even make use of them so we wanted to make sure that we didn't miss out on this rare opportunity! TR1, TR2 and Stew joined us as we headed out to Lebanon Hills. The snow was perfect and the woods were absolutely gorgeous. T had a grand old time taking in the scenery from his Kelty pack perched behind Dad. And when he needed a break from the pack, he got a tow in the sled from Mom. It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning! Here are some pics from our time in the woods.
