"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine...to him be glory...for ever and ever!" (Ephesians 3:20-21)

Lots of Cooks in the Kitchen

With ten mouths to feed, much time was spent in the kitchen (thanks for all the yummy meals, Pake & Beppe). However, as is often the case at Christmas time, some of the time in the kitchen was spent making tasty treats for all to enjoy. G got in on the action and helped with the baking of the traditional and much anticipated Chocolate Star Cookies. The Chocolate Stars were hard to come by this year, but thanks to the persistence of Beppe, Auntie E and Uncle C, the stars were found and cookies were made!

"I see you eyeing my cookie, Mister T."

In addition to a few dozen Christmas cookies, we also baked a birthday cake...for Jesus that is. This year's cake was a scrumptious homemade Angel Food, half frosted, half plain. That's the kind G thought Jesus would like.

After singing "Happy Birthday" we all enjoyed a slice of the dessert, T included.
