Wrapping Paper Romp

T found a new toy in the closet yesterday. To the untrained eye, it was a mere roll of wrapping paper. But not so for T and the creative mind of a one-year-old. Throughout the day, this roll of paper morphed into many diffent things. First, it was a walking stick.

Then it was a measuring stick.

And finally, it became a dance partner. In this particular photo, I found T dancing a jig with the role, all the while watching his reflection in the full length mirror that hangs in his bedroom. Who knew wrapping paper was more than just a gift covering?
